Elegant silver plate with finely wrought border. It shows some superficial scratches. Engraved inscription: “Rosanna Schiaffino in ricordo della città di Ancona teatro Fiera della Pesca” Rosanna Schiaffino was an internationally renowned Italian actress Her first appearance in a movie was in “Totò lascia o raddoppia? ” (1956) by Camillo Mastrocinque She stood out, thanks to her exuberant beauty and her versatility and interpretative skills, in Italian and foreign films: La sfida (1958) by Francesco Rosi, Il vendicatore (1959) by William Dieterle, La notte brava (1959) by Mauro Bolognini Two weeks in another town (1962) by Vincente Minnelli. Her performance in “La Mandragola” (1965) by Alberto Lattuada, in the role of Lucrezia, was highly appreciated by critics and she won a Golden Plaque at the David di Donatello award. She was married to film producer Alfredo Bini first and later with Giorgio Falck.
