Wooden Barrel with "USN" engraved, painted black an having an oil cloth covering to the end, on a white painted naval carriage in white paint having red and gold pinstriped edges, black painted cross frame and wheel, hand-forged iron fittings, 34" long barrel, 19" x 41" x 17" overall with barrel leveled. Paint loss, wear to oilcloth cap, nothing to keep barrel elevated.
