A stunning 22.5 ct gold medallion decorated with a finely carved agate cameo. It depicts a bust of young woman facing right set in a beautiful gold circular frame adorned with a line of blue glass cabochons and two concentric registers of filigree. This piece has undergone X-ray fluorescence analysis to confirm the metallurgical content suggesting its ancient origin and lack of modern trace elements.
