A SIGNED COPY OF DOUGHTY'S CLASSIC OF TRAVEL LITERATURE. T.E. Lawrence had long admired Doughty's classic work and in 1920 he persuaded Jonathan Cape to undertake a new edition. It was Cape's first book, published in January 1921.
