Whiting, Saratoga Springs, NY. 8-day brass movement with lever escapement and Joslin's 6" Terrestrial Globe, hour dial surrounds the globe and the minute dial is below. Walnut case with molded arch top, turned finial and acorn drops, Brass arms support the globe and lower case has a fold down access door for minute wheel. Older refinishing with slight wear, some joint shrinkage, replaced finial and hour indicator, lacks upper dial glass, minor damage to globe, running momentarily when cataloged. 26 1/2" high overall.
