LEATHER US ARMY .38 COLT 1901 FLAP HOLSTER

Manufactured 1889-1911 for the Colt 1889-1903 revolver and later for the .38 Colt revolver. Manufactured of russet leather with black brass snap closure and sewn leather bottom plug. Flap type belt loop is both sewn and riveted. Used through the boxer rebellion, WW1, and later south American excursions. Survival is very low and example are rarely encountered. CONDITION. Good with supple leather and solid stitching. Slight edge wear and surface scuffing.
