Very Fine condition, beautifully bound, hardly opened. A reunion of twelve monthly publications featuring 48 etchings by Whistler (spelled “Whitsler”), Manet, Degas, Monet, Corot, Rodin, Daumier, Gavarni, Puis de Chavannes, Courbet, Delacroix, Ingres etc.
A short description of artist and etching is printed in French in red on the protective tissue paper of each etching. The French introduction of the “Publication Mensuelle” is signed “L’Atelier d”Art” magazine. Possibly the Floury edition of 1903.
