[LEGATURE] - VIRGILIO, Marone, Publio (70-19 B.C.). L'Eneide di Virgilio del commendatore Annibal Caro tomo primo [-secondo]. Parigi: 1760. 2 volumi, 8vo (206 x 134mm). Pelle verde coeva decorata in oro (dorsi sbiaditi). - LUCREZIO. Della Natura delle cose. Amsterdam: 1754. 2 volumi, 8vo (209 x 140mm). Pelle blu coeva decorata in oro (dorsi sbiaditi); preservati entro cofanetti moderni in carta decorata. 2 works in 2 volumes each bound in contemporary coloured leather decorated in gilt (faded spines); preserved in modern paper cases. Both works are decorated with fine frontispieces, engraved titles, plates at the beginning of each book (12 in the Virgil and 6 in the Lucretius), head-and-tail pieces, all engraved, they are complete and in good conditions (except for some light soiling; the Lucretius with some occasional foxing and traces of adhesive on the back of title in vol.
