Regency, England, ca. 1800. The dial, signed Vulliamy Pall Mall London. The front plate, inscribed BV London 1807 (Benjamin Vulliamy, mentioned in London 1781–1820).
Flamed mahogany, in part blackened. Silvered dial, engraved with foliage. Small dial for the seconds. Precision movement with Graham escapement, striking the hour on bell. Striking mechanism can be turned off. Compensation-pendulum with solid bezel. 2 brass weights.

The clockmaker Benjamin Vulliamy was the son of the London-based Swiss clockmaker, Justin Vulliamy.
