The front cover has the title of the work engraved in gold and a piece by the artist G. Romagnoli. The King's coat of arms and another coat of arms with the fascio. Edges decorated in gold with plant motifs and endpapers in bordeaux moiré silk. The edges of the leaves richly burnished and gilded, engraved with the fasces of the political group. Six compartments on the spine with gold tooling. We believe that the leather used for the cover was shagreen. Printed in two colours: black and red. Tranches ornées d’un décor doré de plantes et gardes en soie moirée bordeaux. Tranches des feuillets richement brunies et dorées, gravées avec le faisceau du groupe politique. Dos à six caissons avec décorations dorées. Nous pensons que le cuir utilisé pour la couverture était du galuchat. Impression en deux couleurs : noir et rouge.
