Lot contains: (A) M34 Aluminum Fire Police Double Decal, and (B) M34 Steel Fire Police Double Decal Helmet. (A) Early aluminum M34 double decal Fire Police helmet. The exterior and interior shell retains 93-95% of its original dull black finish. Both the early angled national colors and early swastika decal are in 95+% condition. Natural brown size 57 liner and crown pad are complete, with some light edge fraying. Original black leather neck protector is attached and undamaged. Correct chinstrap is attached with light wear. CONDITION: Overall excellent+. (B) Late steel M34 double decal Fire Police helmet. The exterior and interior shell retains 97+% of its original dull black finish. Both the party and police decal are in 95+% condition, with the correct era lacquer visible with a blacklight. Red brown leather liner and crown pad are complete, with some moderate edge fraying. A name is written in ink on the crown pad, and the name "Knopf" penciled inside the rear skirt. Original black leather neck protector is attached and undamaged. Correct late "Ersatz" chinstrap is attached with light wear. CONDITION: Overall near mint. WZ. Condition: Dimensions: 17" x 11" x 7".
