Lot contains: (A) Imperial German M1852 Cavalry sword with a triple-etched blade. Nickel-plated blade has light runner and scattered marks, light freckling, and is in excellent condition. Blade has two blued panels denoting "Train Bataillon Nr. 7" and "Zur Erinnerung an Meine Dienstzeit", and scenes depicting this mounted supply unit. Sharp skin wrapped grip and nickels fittings are excellent with dull patina. Nickel plated steel scabbard is very good, moderate patina, scattered freckling and three minor dents. CONDITION: Overall excellent. (B) Third Reich Lion Head sword with a 31" "Alcoso" marked excellent nickel-plated blade with light runner and moderate scattered marks. Red ruby eyed brass fittings, which retain approximately 50% of their gilt finish, and the wire wrapped trylon grip are very good to excellent. Black painted steel scabbard retains 85-90% of its original black painted finish with freckling and two dents near the tip. CONDITION: Overall excellent. (C) Third Reich Dove Head sword with a 33" "D. Luneschloss" marked near mint nickel-plated blade with light runner and moderate scattered marks. Deluxe brass fittings, which retain approximately 90% of their gilt finish, and the wire wrapped trylon grip are very excellent to near mint. Crossguard has the initials on "KD" or "DK" and the date "1940" etched on it. Black painted steel scabbard retains 95+% of its original black painted finish with light freckling. CONDITION: Overall excellent+ to near mint. (D) Imperial German black painted scabbard. CONDITION: Overall excellent.
