LOT OF 8: POWDER FLASKS.

Comprising: (A) A large leather covered James Dixon powder flask, measuring 10-3/8" in height. CONDITION: Very good with some minor scuffing. Spout shows some light patination. (B & C) 2 bronze melon flasks; one marked "American Flask Company", the other marked "Hawksley". CONDITION: (B) Very good with a couple minor dents and some losses to finish. (C) Spring is weak, otherwise retains a dark patina. (D) A very nice bronze powder flask with repousse dead game scene above "JAMES DIXON & SONS". The top is also marked "JAMES DIXON & SONS". CONDITION: Some minor denting and dark, heavy patina overall. Spring is somewhat weak and sticky. (E) Bronze basket weave flask marked "HAWKSLEY" on spout. CONDITION: Very good. (F) A bronze flask with repousse scrollwork and 2 dead ducks. Marked "HAWKSLEY" on nickel plated spout. CONDITION: Very good with a couple minor dents. (G) A cylindrical powder flask marked "HAWKSLEY", bottom stamped "MOSERS LTD". CONDITION: Very good with a pleasing mustard patina. (H) A bronze flask by Hawksley. CONDITION: Very good with a weak spring. DMG Condition: Dimensions: Largest: 10 - 3/8".
