Louis Paul Jonas Studios (Louis Paul Jonas Amerian 1894-1971) signed sculpture.A designer of natural history dioramas in museums, Louis Paul Jonas was born in Budapest, Hungary. He moved to the United States at the age of twelve and went to work at his brother's taxidermy studio, Jonas Brothers, in Denver, Colorado. Later he moved to New York City, where he studied under Carl Akeley, a noted field naturalist, taxidermist, and animal sculptor.
