Vuitton, London', lock plate is stamped '145 New Bond Street, London', '1, Rue Scribe, Paris' and '013928', lid latch is stamped 'BTE SGDG Patent, Louis Vuitton, Made in France', trunk lid monogrammed 'WKL', adhered label from London & North Eastern Railway on lid, inside the trunk is a beaver silk top hat by Hope Brothers, London, 16 3/4" high, 15 3/4" x 14". Exterior surface wear, scuffs and stains, no key, paint splatter to front panel.
