Red cross stripes on sides with the initials on sides "EGS" for Evelyn Griswold Sloane (1877-1944 Original label inside cover marked "Louis Vuitton Paris 1 Rue Scribe149 Bond St. London". serial number 137175. The original lock has been replaced with Terryville Conn. Eagle. Height 21". Width 22.5". Length 36".
