Luigi Onesto (Italian, b. 1935-), 20th century. A tear drop Murano art glass vase using the sommerso layering technique in blue and purple. Signed "L. Onesto Italy" on underside and having "Oggetti Italy" label to front bottom. Approx. h. 9.5", w.4.5". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Mr. Gerald "Jerry" Blum, former general manager of WQXI Radio Atlanta and 2007 Radio Hall of Fame inductee, of Atlanta, Georgia.
Condition Report: No apparent chips, cracks, or repairs. Tiny bubbles commensurate with blown glass.
