LACO

In 1925, Frieda Lacher and Ludwig Hummel founded the company Lacher & Co. (LACO) in Pforzheim. They installed Swiss clockworks in self-produced cases. In order to become independent in terms of movements, Hummel founded the movement manufacturer Durowe (Deutsche Uhren-Rohwerke) in 1933, which supplied his LACO watch factory entirely with its own movements.

Metal case with steel back

The watch was manufactured around 1940

Black dial - original. Arabic luminous numerals. Minute track running along the outside. Small second above the six. Signed LACO below the twelve. Arrow hands with luminous material (partly missing) . Very nice original condition for a military service watch.

Interesting - rare impulses

Silver-colored movement in original condition - an interesting caliber - signed Laco and stamped 524. Gold wheels and chatons. Polished wheels. A movement in very good quality.

Work working.

Pressed back.

Back cover outside with company hallmark, metal base made of stainless steel - smooth inside.

Watch size: 34mm without crown - with crown 35mm - with lugs 44mm - weight 29. 1g

The watch is in very good used original condition.

There is a label tag on the watch

Grey leather strap - width 16mm - length with watch 22cm. The leather strap will not be shipped to countries outside the EU.

Interesting collector's watch in original used very nice condition.
