Lacquered Asian Multi Panel Room Screen

Six Paneled room screen, crafted from wood. Significant weight. Black and lacquered, feet are capped in brass. Asian characters are etched into each panel, colored with gilt paint. Illustrations depicting rocks, clouds, trees, and flowers are etched into the tops and bottoms of each panel. Wear is consistent with age and use, chipping to lacquer and paint, evident surface wear.
