Rare illustrated booklet apparently intended for the use of real estate agents in their attempts to sell lots in the new Lake Elsinore development, with maps, leaves of descriptive text, and numerous plates from photographs, each captioned, of the property. These include views of the athletic club; the nascent golf course; panorama of the lake with the town of Elsinore on the far side; adjacent orchards; access roads, etc. We could find no copies listed in OCLC.
Condition Report: Minor wear and creasing to cloth wrappers; first leaf (a photograph) darkened from contact with the inner front wrapper; very good.
