Revolutionary artist, renowned jeweler of the belle époque, favorite of Sarah Bernhardt, admired by Gallé, René Lalique arouses extraordinary enthusiasm throughout the world nicknamed the “Rodin of transparencies” by Maurice Rostand, Lalique knew how to create a timeless and graceful art through resounding success.
Exceptional jeweler and great master of glass, René Lalique is one of the great creators of art nouveau and art deco.
Since 1921, the factory based in Alsace, a region with a glassmaking tradition, has perpetuated artisanal know-how. The hand of man, artist - craftsman of the material, leaves its mark on objects and gives them this strength, this very “immaterial” presence: Our know-how.

The Lalique style is born under the gesture of the artist sketching a design in total osmosis with the material, a style recognizable by the manual modeling of the pieces and decorations, like a sculpture, by the richness of the figurative decoration, by the finishes which give this contrast characteristic of clear and satin crystal. Nourished by the creativity of a lineage of extraordinary artists, the Lalique universe is rich in know-how that extends from tableware to decoration, from jewelry to perfumes.
