Lancia - Aurelia B20 II° serie - 1952

The B20 is considered Pininfarina's masterpiece and after the great success of the first series 500 models, in March 1952, the Aurelia B20 II series was presented at the Geneva Motor Show.
. The second generation treasured the experiences learned in the previous year racing events. This version boasted mechanical improvements, which allowed the car to increase its power to 80 hp. The B20, in fact, was one of the most powerful and performance-delivering grand touring cars on the market at the time.

. The main aesthetic feature that distinguishes this version concerns the rear section, characterised by the "tail" - a true distinctive trait - the second series symbol. Some improvements were also made inside, such as a richer and more curated instrumentation with the presence of the counter.

. The production of the second series stopped at 731 units, before moving on to the next series.

. This stunning Lancia Aurelia B20 second series participated in the 2015 Mille Miglia, the most famous classic cars race in the world.
. The car was restored a few years ago. To date it is in excellent condition and is perfectly functional. There are also some options, such as the Nardi steering wheel (the original one is also available) . An further added value is the black vintage number plates from Rome.
