Land Rover - Serie 3 - 1975

[ translate ]

Synonymous with adventure, the Land Rover Series III is now also a cult icon. This 88-inch Series III model will therefore be your perfect ally when you're on the go; or when you're sitting on a terrace. Externally, this Land Rover is an eye-catcher. The body was completely exposed and treated against rust. The grille is flawless and the bumpers and headlight surrounds have been painted black. The windscreen surround, door strips and rear light surrounds are still the original ones but regalvanised. The black soft top is new. The alignments are in accordance with the standards of the time. The chassis was treated against rust. As a result of a recent restoration of the vehicle, many parts are new (headlights, floor mats, shock absorbers, . . .) . The interior is in very good condition. The Skai upholstery has been replaced so all 3 seats are new. The dashboard is original and has some signs of wear and some scratches, as does the steering wheel. Mechanically, everything works normally. The 2225 cc 4-cylinder petrol engine developed 74 hp when it left the factory and it works perfectly. The cylinders were checked by removing the crankcase. Also, the ignition is new and all filters and fluids were recently drained and replaced. The manual gearbox and transfer box do not make any abnormal noises, albeit they are noisy by default. The rubber thickness of the tyres is good. The brakes and shock absorbers have been redone. This vehicle is to be collected in Liege.
