For auction is a splendid example of 20th century craftsmanship: a bronze hexagonal hanging lantern, a fine addition to any collection of traditional Japanese metalwork.

This lantern is a testament to the enduring techniques passed down through generations. The exquisite metalwork features ornamental motifs that are both aesthetically pleasing and symbolic. Each panel of the lantern is intricately designed, allowing light to emanate through the openwork patterns, casting a dance of shadows and creating an ambiance of bygone times.
