A large Egyptian faience amulet of Pataikos, Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC, depicted nude, wearing a broad collar with central pendant, a suspension loop at the back of his head. 3 3/4 x 1 1/2 in (9.5 x 3.8 cm). A good sized and attractive example with light olive-green glaze and good style. Ex New Jersey estate.
