Description: Large Heavy 19 Inch Gilt Meissen Type porcelain Handled Scenic Urn Vases. Crossed swords mark such as Meissen, Dresden, Continental, etc. circa 100 to 125 years old. Gilt appears hand applied, scenes appear transfer painted.

Approximate Measurements:19 inches tall and 12.5 inches wide

Condition:One vase is visibly chipped on the handle ( see pictures). Gilt displays some very light wear.

Provenance:The personal collection of Washington DC gallery owner Lemar Joichin who operated Milestone Gallery in Adams Morgan and lived on Gallatin St. NW where he filled his residence with Asian and Belle Epoch fine arts and antiques, many purchased at Sloans and Weschlers auctions decades ago, removed by our firm from his Florida estate.
