Provenance: "Presented by Mary Elizabeth Hardenbergh In Loving memory of Her Mother" is stated inside front cover.

Gold page edges, very little soiling, two pages [page#233 and #234] have a yellow marking of a few paragraphs [see photo]; very good condition.
