Large Mexican Blanket / " Medicine Man" 109599

Here is a real special item. It is a Mexican wool blanket , but with an unusual theme. It is cream colored, with unusual top and bottom stripping .The stripping is black checked, solid black, red, golden yellow and ending in a large cream bands, with coffee colored tassels. The unusual area would be the Aztec of Mayan " Medicine Man" figure, in the center of the blanket . He is holding two staffs, one of which, has a sake head at the bottom with a tongue out. It represents " Quetzalcoatl, The Feathered Serpent" or Kahochapeck. This figure is also sided by multi-colored stairways to the gods.70" tall x 40" wide. Really nice condition, but has some moth holes , here and there but hardly noticeable. Beautiful item, which should be under a glass coffee table, so all...can be seen.( RH).
