The shape of this unique pendant is a recurring motif in Turkmen culture and refers to the local Hagdan (birch) tree. The pendant is engraved golden and set with colored stones. At the bottom is a row of elongated silver links, inlaid and gilded, followed by a row of silver pendants in ballet work with an organic design.
