Large wooden case with walnut veneer, solid wood trim, beautifully and lavishly decorated with carvings and turned woodwork, glazed on three sides, with a door at the front, built-in two-weight movement on a slide, large white enamel dial with black Roman numerals (with hairline cracks), anchor escapement with brass ornamental pendulum, striking mechanism for half and full hours on a spiral gong. Power reserve approx. 8 days (cables for weights slightly too short), in very fine ready-to-display condition, in working order. H.136 cm W.43 cm D.17 cm
