Large-scale cadastral map of Sacramento, capital city of California, showing roads, housing lots, rivers, factories, etc. There is some hand-coloring showing recent developments and alterations, including the America Can Company works, added streets and rail lines, etc. The left edge of the map appears to be trimmed (there is no border, as on the right side), but it seems to affect no detail. No copies of this map are listed in OCLC.
Condition Report: Some creasing and edge wear, stain near lower edge; overall very good.
