Late 19th Century, Reed & Barton Figural Nut Bowl
Reed & Barton (American, founded 1824). A silverplated figural nut bowl with chased naturalistic foliate motifs surrounding the main body; two figural squirrels on each side of body with twisted handles and rim surmounted by agadrooned pattern base and terminating to paw feet. Marked "Manufactured by Reed & Barton, 4285" to the underside. Approx: h. 6.75", w. 10.75" (handle to handle).
Condition Report: Minor wear to interior, non-distracting scratches to body.
