18 kt yellow gold solitaire ring, set with an old-cut +/- 10 ct (13.9 x 12.7 x 7.4 mm) yellow diamond, mounted on a screw thread so it can be removed from the ring and set in an oval, black enamel Napoleon III pendant with small rose-cut diamonds on the loop. Late 19th century work. Hallmark: none.
