Late Victorian opal five stone ring
Late Victorian opal five stone ring with five graduated oval opal cabochons with diamond accents to the claws with carved gold scroll setting on tapered gold shank, ring size N½.Condition Report Good condition commensurate with age. The smallest opal has a small chip, light surface scratches but have a good play of colour. Setting in good condition, the shank has been re-sized and the date letter is 'b', assay office is not present, probably Birmingham 1901. Probably 18ct . Weighs approximately 6.7 grams.
