There is an approximately 2 1/2 inch L shaped tear in the upper left corner; an approxiamtely 3/4 inch vertical tear in the upper left corner; mat burn; pin holes in the lower corners; this work is mounted to the backing board with a strip of masking tape across the upper edge; otherwise this work appear to be in overall stable condition.
