Single leaf, with single column of 16 lines in an excellent late gothic bookhand, rubrics in liquid gold, one- and 2-line initials in blue and pink on burnished gold grounds, one large initial in same enclosing densely twisting ivy leaf foliage, full border of acanthus leaf sprays in corners and other hairline and realistic foliage with coloured fruit and gold leaves, small spots, else excellent condition, 192 by 140mm.
