France Sublime vase with a colourless background enamelled with a magnificent decoration representing a bird set on a climbing ivy surrounded by vegetation and many flowers with very pretty shades of colour. Remarkable finesse of execution of the enamelling by this great master glassmaker who on this proof is similar to the other great names of the glassware of early 20th century as Gallé or Daum Nancy. Height: 200 mm Rare collector's proof produced in a few copies, part of the famous series decorated with perched birds, very sought after by collectors.
