Very scarce first English edition, octavo; inscribed by Leonard, "For Matt Stiller, my first, with best wishes," in black ink on the title; minor sporadic spotting; original red publisher's cloth stamped with black; front board slightly bowed, areas of light foxing at endpapers; original unclipped dust jacket neatly repaired in a few places at the lower edge; rear panel and spine soiled, lightly rubbed; 7 1/4 x 4 3/4 in.
