The authenticity of this work has been confirmed by Georges Matisse.

Condition Report:
Executed on cream wove paper and laid down on paper. The upper and lower right corners are curved, the left edge is very slightly unevenly cut, and the upper and lower left corner tips have been cut off (none of which is visible when framed). The sheet is slightly time-stained and there are a few extremely minor spots of foxing and a few tiny accretions in places. This work is in overall good condition.
