Condition Report:
The work has been examined framed. The canvas is lined. There is an uneven, milky and fluorescent varnish preventing UV light from fully penetrating, however examination under UV light appears to reveal spots of retouching in places, notably to the upper left quadrant in the sky above the roofs. There are thin lines of craquelure throughout the composition. There is some dirt ingrained to the varnish. This work is in overall good condition and could benefit from a light clean.
