Exclusive Murano vase signed by Licio Zanetti. Venice, 1960s-1970s. Wonderful mouthblown vase in Murano glass, with a rare and exclusive design in the shape of a gastropod shell. It was made by the famous great Venetian artist Licio Zanetti, one of the greatest and most important artists in Murano, whose works can be found in the most important private collections. Transparent white at the beginning, then the colour gradually becomes opalescent and mother-of-pearl, with reflexes similar to opal gems and a colour that intensifies towards the opening. Very large, thick and heavy, entirely made without joints. This is a real and rare work of art which highlights all the extraordinary skill of the artist. Intact and perfect in all its parts.
