Perry in the upper left, however, the canvas has been restretched and most of the signature is wrapped around the stretcher and is obscured by the frame. Depicting a seated young girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. Wearing a red bonnet and green dress with a yellow string in her hand. Having a giltwood and gesso frame, H 35.5", W 29.75". Provenance: Collection of a prominent, Grosse Pointe Park, MI collector of American art. James D. Julia inc., Fairfield, ME, 1-8-2004, lot #100.
