Hand-painted Limoges porcelain trinket box modeled as an ornate birdcage with gilt-tone metal bars and mounts. The cage contains a pair of small painted birds and features blue floral decoration to the domed porcelain top, with a hinged lower compartment decorated inside. Marked Limoges France, Marque Deposee, and Peint Main to the underside.
