One of the most impressive Lincoln brooches we have encountered. The obverse features an albumen engraving of President Lincoln. The reverse features four prominent heroes of the Civil War: Grant, Sherman, Farragut, and Sheridan.

Possibly produced as a mourning brooch in the wake of Lincoln's assassination.
