An autograph by Mikołaj Gliński, general of the Duchy of Vilnius, and two autographs written in “Rus” script. The so-called “Rus” language is closer to Polish. On the last page, there is a summary in Polish. Florian and Marianna Retuński of Burbów transfer their estates to the monastery in Widzieniszki, the Giedroyć family estate. Blessed Michał Giedroyć came from there. Dawid Stefanowicz and Jakub Piotrowicz are also mentioned.
