Engraving and aquatint, hand colored on Whatman paper. "Little Owl", the Audubon engraving by R. Havell, with publishers mark l.r., and a crisp plate mark, hand colored; 19.75" ht. x 12.25"wd. (plate size), 38.5" ht. x 27" wd. (framed).Additional Note- After examining out of frame, the watermark is present, while the date is half cutoff at the sheet's perimeter. There is even toning under the mat. Full sheet size is 35.75" x 24".
Condition Report: A few very small spots of foxing, paper lightly toned.
