Condition Report:
Very good condition overall for an object of this type and age. Some minor marks, nicks, chips, scratches, and abrasions in places. A few stable open age cracks, including to the underside or abdomen of the figure and to the legs. Some cosmetic flaws inherent to the wood, most notably to either side of the abdomen. THe nape of the neck pierced for suspension. Obsidian inlay missing from one eye. Old layered glossy patina, the surface with remnants of varnish, encrusted in places.
