Condition Report:
The wicker frames of both the armchair and ottoman are in very good condition with no visible breaks or significant damage to the weave. The natural finish shows minimal wear consistent with light use. The upholstered cushions appear clean with no noticeable stains, tears, or excessive fading. A small tag is visible on one of the armchair cushions, indicating it may be a new or recently acquired set. The turned wooden feet are intact and stable. Overall, the set presents very well and appears to be in excellent, ready-to-use condition.
