A native of Dallas, Texas, Lloyd Lozes Goff considered New Mexico his home. His first formal art training was with the trail-driver cowboy turned cattle painter, Frank Reaugh of Oak Cliff, Texas. He had studios in both Albuquerque, N.M. and New York City and studied at The Art Students League, New York. Collections include: Whitney Museum of American Art, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Dallas Museum of Fine Arts, Wadsworth Atheneum, Hartford Museum, National Museum of Mexico, American Academy Collection. Recipient of the Art Student's League Daniel Schnakenberg Scholarship, Goff received several Louis Comfort Tiffany Fellowships and has been awarded two Childe Hassam Purchase Awards. Dimensions:
