Longines - "NO RESERVE PRICE" - 9885 - Men - 1950-1959

A beautiful dress watch from the 1950s by top brand Longines. A gold-plated Longines automatic with a calibre 22A. The 10-micron gold-plated case is 34 mm without crown and has very nice “art-deco” lugs. The dial is vintage cream with beautiful overlaid gold indexes, logo and sword hands. It has a seconds subdial at “6”. The case back is screwed and it is marked on the inside - see photo -. The movement is original Longines. Calibre 22A with serial number 9. 0xx. xxx and keeps time well. The service history is unknown, however. The watch has a neat, vintage brown 17 mm strap with a gold-plated buckle.
